This workshop is broken down into

  3. the postpartum period

With discussion of topics related to fertility, hormones, nutrition, health, and more! 

You and your partner/support person are both welcome to join this peer group who will be learning and planning to go through pregnancy in the near future.

  • How to monitor your ovulation and chart your cycles to optimize chances for pregnancy

Pregnancy

  • Common health concerns during pregnancy and how to manage/prevent them through nutrition and lifestyle
  • Nutrition for optimal fetal development

Postpartum

  • Postpartum Health
  • Return to fertility/menstrual cycles postpartum
  • Postpartum birth control options (hormonal and non-hormonal options)
  • Breastfeeding as birth control and charting your cycles
  • Nutrition and lifestyle choices to support pregnancy recovery and breastfeeding
  • Includes resources, handouts, links, priming health chart, and more!

Who can attend this workshop?

Anyone planning ahead for pregnancy, currently pregnant, or struggling with fertility issues. Basically, if you are thinking about getting or already pregnant this is for you! Information included will help improve chances of conception as well as improve your pregnancy and postpartum experience. Registration includes attendance of the pregnant person and one support person.

Will I definitely get pregnant after attending this workshop?

While we cannot guarantee pregnancy outcomes, everything you implement from this workshop will be a step on the journey toward healthier outcomes in the future.

I already have child(ren) but struggling/planning to become pregnant again. Should I attend?

Yes! If you have been struggling to get pregnant this workshop will provide important information that will help with balancing hormones and improving your chances of conception and a healthy pregnancy, regardless of how many times you may have been pregnant in the past.

Can my husband/partner attend with me?

We welcome the person planning to become pregnant and one support person, whether that’s your partner, friend, family member, or anyone else you choose.
